I can tell you about Emma Parker & Co. in just a few words....we are 100% human. Jewelry is my passion. I started Emma Parker & Co. because I loved working with amazing people, who are going through an amazing time in their lives. They are celebrating love, joy, family, companionship, and they are expressing those feelings and emotions with the beautiful gift of jewelry.

This is the reason that I love this field, and it defines everything we do here at Emma Parker & Co....why we are so particular about quality, or why we always strive to give the very best that is in us.

You see, at the end of the day, all of us here are human. We live, love, laugh, cry, work, and play. In our lives, we want to be treated with dignity and respect, so we think that you probably feel the same way, and that is how we strive to work with each person that crosses our path, because at the end of the day, we are all human.

It is by being grounded in our faith, that we keep the members of our team in check, and always ensure that the most honest information is going out to our customers, even if it might hurt our sales. It is this commitment to unwavering honesty that separates us from the rest of the industry.

Everyday we get phone calls and emails from lots of people. For us, each of you are our neighbors. Our approach to customer service is simply this; we strive to put ourselves in your shoes, to see each question, each issue, each discussion from your perspective, and then to treat you as if we were in your position.

At Emma Parker & Co., we have no fancy sales training courses for our employees. We don’t discuss tactics to “close sales” or “prompt decisions” we don’t believe in that. Instead each team-member is instructed and reminded over and over to treat every customer exactly how they would want to be treated in the same situation.

To us, customers are not numbers, they are people. Every person has a name, a story, and a unique set of desires for the jewelry they would like to buy, and we want to hear your story, and help you write the best possible ending to your story.
